Guest registration card. Pre-printed hotel guest registration cards to record all the statutory information required when a guest registers into a hotel. By law all guests over the age of 16 must complete a registration form or card.

This registration card is printed in black on white card and is suitable for long-term record keeping.

It has room for all the statutory information plus more. The reverse side is ruled for use of the hotel staff only.
